At Alphatires, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return.
  • Special orders or custom requests are non-refundable.
  • Any tire that shows signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply on all approved returns.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at 403-870-2599 with your order details.
  2. Bring or ship the item back to our location after receiving approval.
  3. After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or need a different tire, we're happy to assist with an exchange—subject to inventory availability.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.
